Who Am I?
“I am an initiated loving and playful man who lives committed to purpose and dances with joy”
My purpose being to lead my community back to a place of love and kindness, in relationship with the land, themselves and one another. To help heal and guide men and youth through rights of passage and initiations. To be a loving and supportive partner, an active and playful community leader, father and mentor.
What Do I Do?
I am a certified men’s coach, hunting guide and wilderness retreat leader. I lead men back to their soul purpose and passion through relationship with and reverence for the land, its inhabitants, and the healing power of Great Mother.
I am changing the culture of the construction industry through a “human first” mindset, by leading with compassion, accountability and love. I believe the best way to increase human performance, is to develop human skills, and live by the golden rule. Through leadership training, development and coaching, I give men the skills they need to prosper as construction professionals, fathers, and community members.
I have a few degrees, some certifications, and a long list of life experiences.
How I got Here:
I almost killed myself. It was a dark time.
Decades of piling my feelings, desires, and heartbreaks on top of my emotional filing cabinet, caused that fucker to tip over. I’d had enough. I was so scared of feeling that I didn’t want to keep living. So I racked a round into a pistol and stared down the barrel.
God, spirit, the universe, SOMETHING wouldn’t let me pull the trigger and literally pushed me out the door for a walk. On that walk, I found my first step toward a new life.
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step”
I went to therapy, started working out, quit drinking and learning about the soul.
I hired a coach, joined a men’s community.
The flywheel started spinning and I couldn’t stop the growth and healing. I started following my souls passions, repairing my relationship with me, and living life on MY terms.
I took courses, went on souls searching trips, fasted in the desert, cried, laughed, hurt, healed, loved, and grew.
Now What:
I want to share what I’ve learned. To help men not experience the depths of pain I let myself get to. To show them there is a better way. To give the knowledge and wisdom I have gained, so they can show up fully in their lives, relationships, and careers.
I want to empower men to grab their lives by the reigns and live as vibrantly as possible.
Just as mine did, your life begins at the trailhead.
